- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Support children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and communication challenges
- Help pupils stay engaged with learning through positive, consistent support strategies
- Build strong, trusting relationships that support emotional wellbeing and confidence
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised support plans
You'll be a key part of creating a classroom environment where every pupil feels supported, understood, and able to succeed.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children or young people with SEN
- Brings a calm, patient, and resilient approach to every situation
- Builds positive relationships naturally with pupils and staff
- Communicates clearly and works effectively as part of a team
- Holds a current Enhanced DBS (essential)
- Is available full-time and ready to start immediately
- Immediate start in a supportive and welcoming school
- Clear pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate
- Strong SEN support systems already in place
