In this rewarding position, you will:
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to adapt learning activities to suit individual needs
- Help pupils stay engaged, motivated, and confident during lessons
- Encourage independence, social development, and self-belief
- Monitor progress and provide valuable feedback to the teaching team
- Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

You'll play a key role in helping pupils overcome challenges and experience success in their learning journey.

To succeed in this role, you will:
- Hold a relevant qualification (Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent)
- Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN
- Understand how to adapt learning to meet a range of needs
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with staff
- Be organised, proactive, and able to use your initiative
- Show patience, empathy, and adaptability in your approach
- Be committed to developing your skills and knowledge
