Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Pastors who can assist leading our Sunday Tamil services, organise conventions, conferences, and preach. The candidate should be capable of leading prayers, coordinating the congregation, and inculcating discipline. Responsibilities include organising baptismal classes, conducting baptisms, administering Holy Communion, and officiating weddings, funerals, christenings, and dedications. The candidate should have a sound understanding of Biblical doctrines to foster spiritual growth and moral development among church members. Participation in weekly staff meetings and flexibility to undertake additional tasks assigned by the lead pastor are essential. Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory. A bachelor's degree or higher is required for effective communication and administration in English but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be born again, spiritually mature, and experienced.
