Contract: Permanent / Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
St Bartholomew’s Hospital is the oldest working hospital in the country. It celebrated its 900th year anniversary in 2023. It is located in Smithfield in the heart of the City of London. The hospital is a centre of excellence for heart and cancer care, housing the largest cardiac centre in Europe and covering a population of 6 million.
We are excited to be recruiting a motivated and experienced Deputy Service Delivery Manager to join our Breast Diagnostics Network Team at Barts Health.
The post holder will:
· Manage and co-ordinate Breast Imaging administration services across St Bartholomew’s, Whipps Cross, and Newham University Hospitals.
· Play a key role in ensuring patients experience a smooth and efficient journey through their care pathway.
· Share responsibility for line management of the IEP team and administrative staff, supporting all HR and personnel matters.
· Support senior managers in delivering business planning, service developments, and policy implementation across the network.
· Help achieve performance targets including quality, waiting times, and activity standards, supporting the delivery of national cancer standards.
