What You'll Be Doing:
• Spearheading whole-school SEND provision with innovation and clarity
• Crafting and delivering tailored intervention programmes
• Leading and developing a strong team of LSAs and support staff
• Collaborating with SLT, external agencies and parents/carers
• Meticulously managing EHCP processes and compliance
• Creating and analysing data-driven action plans for pupil progress
• Advising on differentiated classroom practice school-wide
