What You'll Be Doing:
• Shaping and embedding SEND strategy across all phases
• Leading, coaching, and supporting a talented Inclusion team
• Coordinating and overseeing EHCPs, interventions, and provisions
• Collaborating with parents, carers, external professionals, and agencies
• Innovating classroom practice to ensure every pupil achieves their full potential
• Advising SLT and governors on statutory responsibilities and whole-school SEND policy

Ideal "SENCO" for this Haringey School:
• Experienced SENCO with the National Award (or committed to completion)
• UK-trained teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
