What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading and implementing the school’s SEND policy across all year groups
• Coordinating targeted interventions and progress tracking for SEND students
• Coaching and supporting teachers in delivering highly personalised learning
• Liaising with outside agencies, parents, and governors to advocate for every child
• Overseeing statutory assessments and reviews (EHCPs, SEN support plans)
• Championing a positive and proactive culture of inclusion and pupil voice
