This New/Used Car Sales Executive position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated salespeople to grow their career within a reputable environment. The New/Used Car Sales Executive will be responsible for selling a diverse range of vehicles, providing outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Duties as a New/Used Car Sales Executive:

- Promoting and selling new and used vehicles across the dealership’s extensive stock, including electric and hybrid models
- Providing detailed vehicle demonstrations, explaining warranties, and after-sales services
- Upselling accessories, finance, and insurance products to maximise profit
- Maintaining active communication with customers regarding vehicle delivery and potential delays
- Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Completing payment collection and paperwork requirements accurately
- Introducing customers to after-sales departments for ongoing support
- Fostering positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

- Living within a reasonable commute of Gloucester
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
- At least 1-2 years’ recent experience in car sales
- Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles is advantageous but not essential
- Strong desire to succeed and achieve individual sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and enthusiasm for working with automotive brands
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays
