We’re looking for a Branch Manager to take ownership of our Mr Central Heating Park Royal branch — a key location that’s about to
step into its next phase as a standalone operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, shape the branch, and lead a small, close-knit team to deliver real
results.
What you’ll be doing
* Taking full responsibility for branch performance — sales, margin, and customer growth
* Leading from the front on the trade counter, setting the standard for service and sales
* Building strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities
* Driving a proactive sales culture — following up quotes, identifying opportunities, and converting business
* Managing and developing a small team, creating a high-performing and supportive environment
* Overseeing stock, operations, and day-to-day branch activity
* Ensuring high standards across the branch — presentation, efficiency, and customer experience
* Playing a key role in the branch’s transition to a fully standalone operation
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a plumbing & heating or merchanting environment
* A proven background in sales leadership or branch management
* Strong commercial awareness — you understand how to drive sales and protect margin
* A hands-on leader who leads by example and isn’t afraid to get involved day to day
* Confidence in building customer relationships and winning new business
* The ability to motivate and develop a team
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
