Summary
What youll do The successful applicant will need to have an aptitude to: Plan service improvement and re-design Encourage change effectively with senior colleagues in a clinical setting Professionally support project implementation and delivery Use improvement methodologies and data to understand and improve processes Be interested in learning improvement skills through formal and informal training. What were looking for The individual will require excellent inter-personal skills to engage with all levels of clinical and managerial staff. Experience of either projectmanagement or service improvement would be an advantage, this is a development role and the post holder would expect to expand their knowledge of these skills while in post. This role will provide exposure and opportunity to engage with other Trusts to share learning.
