Salary: £28000- £32000 depending on experience
Marylebone Services are thrilled to be working with an outstanding childcare setting located in Stonebridge/Harlesden, London.
We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join a team that shares passion for nurturing the next generation, on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key responsibilities:
• To play a key role in implementing the vision and ethos of the nursery
• Manage delegated aspects of the nursery’s activities in accordance with policies and practice
• To be responsible for the supervision and management of staff in the room
• Ensure children’s files are kept up to date and regular reports are completed
• To work in partnership with parents, and actively involve them in all aspects of their children’s care and learning
Essential requirements:
• A recognized qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare Level 3
• Previous experience as a Room Leader in a nursery or an Early Years setting in the UK
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
