We are seeking a dedicated and organised Full-Time Windows, Doors And Conservatories Order Processing Manager to oversee the efficient handling of customer orders. This role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of orders from initial enquiry through to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties
-Manage the end-to-end order processing workflow for windows, doors, and conservatories, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Perform data entry with high precision into relevant systems, maintaining up-to-date records of all transactions.
-Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, providing professional assistance and addressing enquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
-Utilise strong communication skills to liaise between clients, sales teams, and suppliers to coordinate order specifications and delivery schedules.
-Analyse order data to identify trends, optimise processes, and support upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services.
-Assist in training and supporting team members on order processing procedures and system usage.
-Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, demonstrating strong analysis skills and attention to detail throughout the process.
Experience
-Previous experience in order processing or customer service within the building materials or home improvement industry.
-Proven ability in data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
-Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
-Strong organisational skills with the capacity to analyse data effectively for process improvements.
-Experience in upselling products or services is a plus but can be developed through training.
-Familiarity with relevant software systems used for order management is desirable but not mandatory.
