What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading, inspiring, and developing the whole-school SEND vision
• Auditing, innovating, and personalising support for pupils with complex needs
• Coaching staff, facilitating CPD & transforming SEND pedagogy
• Liaising expertly with parents, external agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Pioneering interventions and evaluating their impact with data-rich precision
• Driving statutory compliance (EHCPs, annual reviews) with excellence
• Shaping culture—turning inclusion into whole-school celebration
• Guiding and empowering a skilled team of Learning Support Assistants
