• A qualified teacher and experienced SEND practitioner with a secure understanding of effective SEND provision and a commitment to improving outcomes for students with diverse needs.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting colleagues to ensure lessons are accessible, engaging, and ambitious for a wide range of abilities across both key stages.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to the wider life of the school, including involvement in extra‑curricular activities that support students’ personal growth.
• A collaborative and reliable team member, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to work positively with staff, students, parents, and external agencies.
