We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and ambitious Deputy Headteacher to join our inclusive and high-performing school to help lead the next phase of our development. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Headteacher, you will:
• lead on curriculum development, assessment and whole-school outcomes;
• oversee quality assurance and ensure the school remains Ofsted-ready;
• drive high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour;
• lead and develop staff through coaching, CPD and performance management;
• contribute to the strategic leadership and vision of the school;
• support the operational day-to-day leadership of the school;
• deputise for the Headteacher when required
•
