We are proud to be an Investors in People Platinum school, reflecting our deep commitment to staff development, wellbeing and professional growth. Our recent Ofsted inspection confirmed our Outstanding status, recognising the quality of education, leadership and care provided across the school.

At Glebe, the pupil’s progress and personal development are at the core of what we do, supported by our remarkable and dedicated staff body. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Headteacher, you will:
• lead on curriculum development, assessment and whole-school outcomes;
• oversee quality assurance and ensure the school remains Ofsted-ready;
• drive high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour;
• lead and develop staff through coaching, CPD and performance management;
• contribute to the strategic leadership and vision of the school;
• support the operational day-to-day leadership of the school;
• deputise for the Headteacher when required

We are looking for:
• a committed leader with a proven track record of successful senior leadership;
• an outstanding practitioner with high expectations for all pupils;
• a leader who can inspire, motivate and develop staff;
• a resilient and visionary leader with the drive to sustain school improvement;
• a commitment to inclusive education and improving outcomes for SEND learners;
• a team player with excellent interpersonal skills

We want our workforce to reflect our diverse student community and we welcome all applications regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religious belief, sexual orientation or disability.

If you are the person to take up the challenge and help lead our exceptional school, we would like to hear from you. We are proud of our school and pupils and encourage you to visit.
