The post holder will play an essential role in ensuring patients receive a seamless and supportive experience throughout their care pathway.

Key duties include managing referrals received via the NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS), booking appointments, responding to patient and GP enquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records on Trust systems. The role will involve working closely with clinical teams to ensure patients are booked into the most appropriate clinics and that appointments and outcomes are recorded in real time.
The successful candidate will also support the management of the service email inbox, assist with reception duties when required, and contribute to maintaining excellent communication between patients, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team.
