Summary

We're looking for an organised Pre Works Coordinator to join our planning team in Birmingham. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that works are scheduled efficiently and delivered to the highest standards.

Location: Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £27,976 per year + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Pre Works Coordinator, you'll be working within the planning team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective works scheduling ensuring every project runs smoothly from planning through to delivery.

Your day to day will include:

-Creating detailed works handovers and planned works schedules

-Coordinating with delivery teams to ensure jobs are planned correctly and cost-effectively

-Working with third parties and stakeholders to optimise network occupancy

-Ordering specialist materials and assessing plant requirements

-Supporting the Team Leader with regular reports and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures

This Pre Works Coordinator role is well-suited for candidates who possess the following:

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to work effectively within a team environment

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Confirm system

-Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building

-Exceptional organisational abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities
