Summary
Permanent – Full Time – 37.5 hours
We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Bid Coordinator to support the creation of high‑quality, compelling tender submissions. In this key role, you’ll help develop bespoke proposal content, manage procurement portals, coordinate bid activity, and work closely with colleagues across multiple teams to ensure submissions are accurate, engaging, and delivered on time.
You’ll support research, document preparation, content development, and the production of graphics and layouts using tools such as InDesign. The role also includes contributing to marketing materials, PR content, and digital communications, helping to showcase the organisation’s capabilities.
Strong organisational skills, clear written communication, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.
