Summary
Location: Birmingham/Shropshire/West Midlands - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join us as a Social Impact Coordinator and help drive positive change in the communities we serve. In this rewarding role, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to create meaningful social value across our Birmingham and Shropshire contracts while supporting our wider Transportation & Design business. You'll collaborate with our passionate Social Impact & Inclusion team to achieve commitments and develop innovative initiatives that make a real difference.
What will you be responsible for?As a Social Impact Coordinator, you'll be working within the Social Impact & Inclusion team, supporting them in delivering our Social Impact & Inclusion Strategy.
Your day to day will include:
-Driving the delivery of social value commitments and targets on Birmingham and Shropshire contracts
-Monitoring and reporting on the progress of social impact initiatives
-Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-Promoting social impact awareness and best practices
-Supporting the wellbeing of team members and fostering an inclusive workplace

-You possess strong communication and organisational skills
-You enjoy building relationships with diverse stakeholders
-You're passionate about creating positive change in communities
-You have awareness of Social Value in The Procurement Act 2023
