Salary: £93-£120 per day
Contract: Full-time
You're the calm in the classroom. The steady hand. The one who makes a real difference.
We're working in partnership with Leeds City Council and supporting a number of inclusive, nurturing primary schools looking for SEN TAs right now.
These schools value their support staff, properly. No being overlooked here.
The role:
- 1:1 and small group support
- Supporting pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
- Helping create a safe, structured learning space
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience with SEND (personal or professional)
- Brings patience, empathy, and consistency
- Builds trust quickly
What you'll get:
- Ongoing training and development
- Support from a specialist consultant
- Long-term roles in schools that value what you do
You're not "just" a TA. And we'll make sure the school sees that too.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQs on the Protocol Education website for further details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
