This role will provide highly specialist clinical support and supervision to other respiratory professionals within the community respiratory team, and wider as part of the Morecambe Bay Respiratory Network (MBRN). As such it is expected that the successful candidate maintains their specialist CPD, is a member of appropriate specialist body/group and engages with the wider Respiratory Physiotherapy profession at regional and National level.
Day-to-day operational support of the wider community respiratory team, staff 121s/appraisals and absence management is required, this will be within the teams shared leadership structure.
