A welcoming and supportive primary school in the BS3 area is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and resilient Year 6 Class Teacher to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher who thrives in KS2 and is passionate about preparing pupils for the transition into secondary school. The school is well‑known for its positive ethos, strong leadership and nurturing environment.

As a Year 6 Teacher, you will:
- Lead a Year 6 class, planning and delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons across the curriculum
- Support pupils, ensuring all learners feel confident and prepared
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
- Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can succeed
- Adapt teaching methods to meet a range of needs, including SEN and SEMH
- Contribute to school life, planning, assessment and wider enrichment opportunities

We are seeking a teacher who:
- Holds Fully Qualified Teacher Status
- Has strong Upper KS2 or Year 6 experience
- Has highly desirable SEN/SEMH experience, including supporting pupils with emotional regulation and additional needs
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and a nurturing, positive approach
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is committed, reliable and passionate about pupil progress
