Summary
Professional and tactical communications Translate complex technical and clinical information into compelling messages for diverse audiences. Manage communications activity within agreed budgets and timescales, ensuring value for money. Horizon scan for emerging risks and opportunities related to the EPR and wider digital transformation. Maintain consistency by adhering to Trust branding, corporate identity, and NHS accessibility standards. Engagement and inclusion Coordinate engagement events, workshops, and listening sessions for staff and the public. Actively involve people with lived experience to ensure their feedback informs EPR materials and engagement approaches. Support the programme in building patient trust regarding how information is recorded, accessed, and used. Collaborative working Work closely with the Trust Communications Team, clinical leads, and external suppliers. Support and coach digital champions and programme team members on best-practice communication. Assist the wider Communications Team during major incidents or emergency situations as required. Analytical and planning Manage multiple competing priorities, reprioritising work in response to changing programme needs. Prepare regular analytics and insight reports for programme boards and committees. Lead on stakeholder mapping and ensure patient feedback is used for continuous improvement
