The headteacher and governors of this happy, caring school are seeking to appoint an AssistantHeadteacher who will work closely alongside the headteacher and colleagues to support the growth anddevelopment of this school. You will be:

 A leader with vision and experience, able to lead by example, able to motivate and inspire staff andchildren, whilst developing their own and others' leadership skills;

 A practitioner who can demonstrate that they have had an impact in raising standards through highexpectations;

 Able to analyse data, the performance of pupils and pupil progress and plan appropriate actions forwhole school improvement

 with excellent inter-personal and communication skills;

As a member of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible formonitoring and evaluating the quality of education, implementing and the schoolimprovement plans, developing teaching and learning, leading on curriculumareas and supporting the Headteacher in the day to day running of the school.

 Has a willingness to support the Christian ethos of the school and support the implementation of theSIAMS Framework

 Someone who has a warm, kind, caring, positive nature and has a sense of humour.

 Responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of education, implementing the schoolimprovement plans, developing teaching and learning, leading on curriculum areas and supportingthe Headteacher in the day to day running of the school.

 A role model to others within the team

 This post has a teaching commitment, and a key part of the role is to support the development ofteaching and learning and drive curriculum standards forward

 Supportive team player on the SLT, and supporting the development of support staff
