ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
My client is seeking a confident Room Leader at their nursery in North West London area. Good location with good transport and a stone throw away from the shops
THE ROLE & BRIEF DESCRIPTION
OF DUTIES
• Supporting Staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met
• Observing children and managing their learning and development records
• To be a key person, complete observations and reports where required
• To build positive relationships with parents and Ofsted
• Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety
• Attending staff meetings and training as required
• Must be a strong team player and leader
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Must be Level 3 or above
· Strong Leader
· Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities
· Have strong verbal and writing communication skills
· Paediatric first aid if qualified
