Summary

Room Leader - Up to £29,100



The setting has a calm, home-like feel, where the focus is on building genuine relationships with the children and supporting them through each stage of development. The role is hands-on but also comes with responsibility - you’ll be leading your room day to day, supporting staff, and making sure everything runs as it should. A Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential, along with experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner and the confidence to take ownership of the room.

What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner

  • Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding

  • Ability to lead a room and support a small team

  • Clear communication and organisational skills



What You’ll Do



  • Lead the day-to-day running of your room

  • Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS

  • Support and guide staff within the room

  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment

  • Build relationships with parents and communicate daily updates
