We are seeking a Bid Administrator to join our Commercial Excellence Bid Management Team and provide essential administrative support across bid, proposal and framework activity.​

This role supports the full lifecycle of commercial submissions, ensuring documentation, records and information are accurate, compliant and completed to required standards.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can coordinate bid-related processes, maintain key systems and databases, and assist in the management of frameworks, approvals and commercial governance.​

This role will suit an organised, detail-driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own daily management of the commercial shared inbox, ensuring enquiries are logged, triaged and responded to promptly.

Maintain bid and framework records, databases and folders, ensuring all information is kept up to date and easily accessible.

Support governance processes and pre-qualification activities, ensuring documents are accurate and compliant.

Prepare and update bid schedules, trackers and internal reports to support decision-making across the Commercial Excellence function.

Upload, maintain and update the Framework Register and client portals with required information and documentation.

Provide administrative support to internal reviewers and approvers to meet deadlines and compliance requirements.

Coordinate internal meetings, actions and follow-ups with relevant teams to support bid progression and milestone achievement.

Support mobilisation teams by sharing bid outputs and maintaining consistency between bid commitments and operational delivery.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within strict deadlines.

High attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records and databases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the business.

Strong understanding of bid processes or commercial governance (desirable).

Experience in contract or framework administration (desirable).
