We are seeking a Bid Mobilisation Business Partner to provide procurement support across UK contracts, ensuring seamless supplier implementation and robust contractual governance.​

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to implement contract-specific requirements, maintain high performance standards, and ensure strong alignment with client expectations.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can lead accurate drafting and negotiation of contracts, manage supplier performance, and drive effective risk mitigation throughout the mobilisation phase.​

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver at pace across a varied estate.

Key Responsibilities

Support procurement activity across UK contracts, ensuring effective implementation of supplier agreements.

Lead drafting, negotiation, and compliance of contract documents.

Ensure flow-down of contract-specific terms and alignment with client requirements.

Manage supplier relationships, performance standards, KPIs and SPIs.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver contract implementation.

Maintain strong contractual governance and oversight throughout mobilisation.

Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial and operational risks.

Support efficient processes for planned and preventative work packages across the estate.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong procurement and contract management expertise.

Skilled in contract drafting and negotiation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Proven supplier relationship management experience.

Solid understanding of compliance and contractual governance.

Ability to manage risk and resolve issues effectively.

Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

Highly organised with the ability to work at pace.

Adaptable with change management capability.
