Summary
About the role
As an Audience Orchestration Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in building, testing, and activating customer audiences and journeys across multiple channels. Using Adobe Experience Platform, you’ll ensure campaigns run seamlessly, journeys are correctly orchestrated, and customers remain at the heart of every decision. This role is all about precision, execution, and continuously improving how we communicate with our customers.
You will be responsible for
- Build and refine customer segments in Adobe AEP based on stakeholder briefs.
- Design, implement, and optimise journey logic—including branching rules, timing, triggers, and suppressions.
- Run test-and-learn initiatives (A/B tests, send‑time optimisation, subject line testing) to drive continual improvement.
- Troubleshoot data or journey issues, ensuring real-time behavioural triggers and integrations function correctly.
- Monitor new Adobe capabilities, pilot innovative use cases (e.g., AI-driven journeys, real-time personalisation), and maintain documentation and audience catalogues.
You will need
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform / CDP or equivalent journey orchestration tools (1–2 years).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, design segmentation logic (SQL desirable), and optimise journeys.
- Detail-focused problem-solver with the ability to work at pace and manage multiple builds.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, personalisation, and real-time / event-driven journeys.
- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy principles in a customer context.
