Summary
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide general office and administrative support
Order office stationery and supplies as required
Support business activities across operations, commercial, learning & development, social value, HR and general business support
Establish, update and maintain trackers
Upload and manage documents on client portals
Ensure compliance with document management standards and regulations
Classify, index and store documents for easy retrieval
Coordinate with project teams, internal departments and external parties to support document exchange
Maintain effective communication channels to resolve document-related queries
Attend and participate in project meetings
Support the scheduling team by arranging appointments with residents and tradespeople
Reschedule appointments where necessary
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
