Full Description:

• Help develop options and recommendations for change.
• Defining new data fields for a customer database.
• Conducting workshops to gather detailed user stories.
• Revising process documentation after implementing a new system.
• Analyse, validate, prioritise and document functional and non-functional requirements for business situations, using relevant techniques.
• Identify data requirements relating to business improvement.
• Assess and document the drivers, costs, benefits and impacts of a proposed business change.
• Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, technology standards, and organisational strategy.
• Support system and user acceptance testing by coordinating sessions, validating functionality, and documenting defects.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and communication packs for new system implementations or upgrades.
• Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of technology solutions and handover of services to Business as Usual.

Qualifications Required:

minimum have five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) and a Level 3 qualification such as A-Levels (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, for example computer science, maths, or applied sciences.
