Summary
Education Support Worker - Alternative Provision, Bristol
Location: Central Bristol
Daily Rate: £110 - £126
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm | Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
Contract: 1-year (with potential for permanent positions after settling-in)
Are you passionate about helping young people re-engage with learning? An expanding network of inclusive, trauma-informed alternative provisions in central Bristol is looking for dedicated Education Support Workers to join their growing teams. These settings support students aged 4-16 who may have experienced disruption to their education and are at risk of exclusion due to complex behavioural and emotional needs.
These provisions focus on positive relationships, personalised learning, and restorative practice, offering students a fresh start in a small, supportive environment. If you are committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people, this role is for you.
