Summary
We are looking for caring, reliable and dedicated Support Workers to join our domiciliary care team. You’ll be supporting people in their own homes to live safely, independently and with dignity. If you’re someone who genuinely wants to make a difference each day, this role is incredibly rewarding.
No previous experience is required just compassion, commitment and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
Key responsibilities
Providing person‑centred care and support in clients’ homes
Assisting with personal care, meal preparation and daily living tasks
Supporting medication prompts or administration
Encouraging independence and wellbeing
Recording clear, accurate notes using our digital system (Birdie)
Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support

• Reliable and committed to high‑quality care
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to travel between visits (driver preferred but not always essential)
