Laboratory Operative
Location: Kingstone, Hereford
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour

We are looking for a Laboratory Operative to join a specialist team based in Kingstone, Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys hands‑on, process‑driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weighing out ingredients following set measurements
- Packing small product samples ready for dispatch to customers
- Ensuring all samples are correctly labelled and recorded
- Maintaining a clean, organised working environment
- Following health & safety and quality control procedures
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and record information accurately
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Previous laboratory, production or quality‑based experience is beneficial but not essential
