Summary
Adapt Commercial Cleaning is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Cleaner to join our commercial cleaning team in Hereford.
This is a permanent role with a well-established cleaning company operating across Wales, the South West and the West Midlands.

Location: Hereford, HR2 8BT
Hours: Monday to Friday 6.00-8.00 AM or PM (10 hours per week)
Pay: £12.71 per hour (paid four-weekly by BACS)
Key responsibilities
Carrying out general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
Keeping all areas clean, tidy and well presented (including toilets, kitchens and communal areas)
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in line with client expectations
Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards to Head Office promptly
Following site cleaning procedures to meet client standards
Providing a polite and professional service on site and responding to reasonable requests
What we’re looking for
Reliable, punctual and able to maintain consistent standards
Able to work independently and take pride in your work
Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred, although training will be provided
Basic English communication skills to communicate with clients and colleagues
Full training will be provided.
