Summary

Production Operative (Part-Time – Choose Your 3 Days)

Hours: 3 days per week (flexible – you choose which days) -- 8am - 5pm
Location: Hereford
Salary: £21.21 rising to £21.71 in April

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Production Operative to join our growing team. This role involves working with a heat press, assembling pre‑roll metal components using screws and washers, and preparing finished items using cutters before packaging them into bags.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, has good attention to detail, and is comfortable working with small parts and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating a heat press safely and accurately
- Assembling pre-roll metal components with screws and washers
- Using cutters to prepare items for packing
- Bagging and sealing finished products
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Following all health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Previous production or assembly experience is beneficial but not required—full training provided
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
