We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and highly effective EYFS/KS1 class teacher to join our very successful team.
The role will enable you to gain valuable experience and influence change in the EYFS setting. This is a great opportunity to develop your career and would suit someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and enabling pupils and staff to achieve their best.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is an enthusiastic and reflective classroom practitioner, committed to meeting the needs of every child and eager to develop their skills with support from an experienced team.
• Is motivated to make a strong impact on pupils’ progress, with a willingness to learn, grow and apply effective strategies that raise standards.
• Has a developing understanding of curriculum design and high‑quality pedagogy and is keen to engage with current educational research and best practice across the primary phase.
• Brings energy, positivity and a proactive approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and take forward new initiatives as part of a supportive school culture.
• Builds strong, caring and professional relationships, showing integrity, empathy and enthusiasm when working with pupils, families and colleagues.
