Summary
1. Broad oversight of: Internal day-to-day management of the practice, which is largely delegated to an existing deputy manager. Practice finances including QOF and locally commissioned services, assisted by an existing senior finance manager. HR procedures, assisted by the GP partner with responsibility for HR and Peninsula. Clinical and non-clinical recruitment. 2. Management of the relationship with external stakeholders, including the ICB (newly merged with North-West London), secondary care, the Haringey GP federation, the LMC and the North-East Haringey primary care network. 3. Introduction of IT systems including oversite of updating our website with ongoing IT infrastructure development
