What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing and implementing ambitious, personalised SEND strategies
• Spearheading EHC plan coordination and annual reviews
• Guiding and coaching teaching/support staff in inclusive classroom practice
• Liaising with parents, external agencies, and governors to drive outcomes
• Analysing provision data for impact, compliance, and innovative improvement
• Championing a whole-school culture of equality, empathy, and high aspiration

Ideal "SENCO" for this Merton School:
• UK-qualified SENCO (National SENCO Award preferred, or willingness to achieve)
• Outstanding practitioner with proven SEND transformation experience
