What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing bespoke support & intervention plans for children with SEND
• Training, coaching, and inspiring a multidisciplinary SEND team
• Working directly with parents, SLT, governors, and external agencies
• Overseeing EHCPs, statutory reviews, and all SEND compliance
• Championing a school-wide culture of inclusion, accessibility, and high expectations
• Analysing student outcomes to lead innovative, impact-driven improvements

Ideal "SENCO" for this Croydon School:
• Holds UK QTS and NASENCO qualification (or working towards)
• Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of SEND policy and practice
• Proven track record as a SENCO or senior SEND practitioner (references: Good/Outstanding)
