Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school team.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide high-quality support for pupils, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The role will involve helping children access learning, supporting their social and emotional development, and contributing positively to the classroom environment.
This position will primarily involve supporting pupils in Year 3 and Year 4. Experience of supporting children with specific learning difficulties and delivering intervention programmes would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will:
• Be caring, patient, and committed to supporting children’s learning
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Have experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable)
• Be able to contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
