Summary

Key Responsibilities Welcoming patients and visitors, managing check-ins, and providing appointment information. Answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Scheduling and managing appointments using our system. Processing prescription requests from patients and pharmacies. Handling patient queries in person, over the phone, and via email. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters, with accuracy. Keeping the reception area tidy and ensuring smooth handovers for colleagues. Completing administrative tasks such as patient registrations and updates. About us Our team offer the highest levels of care, as well as tailoring services to suit patients health and wellbeing needs. Brooklands Surgery is made up of GPs, Practice Nurses, Health Coaches, Pharmacists, Social Prescribers and Mental Health Workers, with further support from our PCN including First Contact Physiotherapists and Drugs/Alcohol Support in house. Our non-clinician team is made up of our practices Business Manager, Senior Administrator, and Receptionist team, with support from Medical Secretaries and Clinical Coders working in a centralised hub.
