Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our Head Office team. This is a varied role requiring strong administrative, and coordination skills, working closely with our Operations team, Suppliers, and Clients to ensure works are delivered efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate:

The successful candidate will play a key role in handling enquiries, maintaining databases, raising quotes and orders, and managing documentation. You’ll schedule and monitor works, ensure jobs are completed and billed correctly, and handle weekly and monthly financial tasks like invoice matching and reporting. The role also includes assisting with audits, onboarding clients and subcontractors, and providing general support across teams as needed.

- Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
