Summary
Provide high-quality clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Manage a caseload of patients independently. Conduct a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations. Undertake home visits where clinically necessary. Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients. Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne (training available if required). Support delivery of policy and procedures and provide nurse leadership as required. Contribute to practice initiatives and continuous improvement.
