Your Role

Our Early Adulthood Team are looking to recruit a Team Manager who has experience of working with adults and young people who are becoming adults and have Care Act eligible needs.

The post holder will provide leadership at an appropriate level to establish and maintain a strength-based culture of teamwork, achievement, accountability, and outcome focused. This includes providing supervision and support to the staff team as well as contributing to the ever-developing service.

About You

You will be a team player who has a keen interest in achieving better outcomes and a Gloriously Ordinary Life for young people and their families; you will have specific experience of working with young people / adults who have a learning disability or are autistic. You will be someone who likes to develop social workers to achieve the best they can. You will bring your excellent organisational skills to the role. In addition, you will have the ability to be creative with budgets and good at problem solving.
