Summary
Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of the Programme Support Function Support the establishment and day-to-day running of the EPR Programme Delivery Support Office. Supervise and provide guidance to a EPR Programme Delivery Support Analyst , ensuring high-quality output. Act as a primary point of contact for Programme Delivery queries, supporting project managers and workstream leads with standard methodologies, templates, and systems. 2. Governance, Assurance and Reporting Maintain the programme governance framework under the direction of the Programme Manager. Provide comprehensive secretariat support for key meetings (e.g., Programme Board, Workstream Meetings), including coordinating agendas, taking concise minutes, and tracking actions. Develop, collate, and produce regular programme reports (highlight reports, dashboards, RAID summaries) to inform decision-making by programme leadership. Ensure all programme documentation is accurately filed and version-controlled in the designated shared areas. 3. Planning, Monitoring and Control Maintain the integrated programme plan in MS Planner or similar tool, updating progress and highlighting dependencies. Facilitate the regular update and review of the programme-level Risk, Issue, Assumption, and Dependency (RAID) log. Administer the programme change control process, documenting requests and tracking outcomes. Support workstreams in aligning their plans with the overall programme schedule. 4. Resource and Financial Support Work with the Programme Manager and Finance lead to track programme expenditure against budget, highlighting any variances. Maintain registers for resources, contracts, and key deliverables. Support the coordination of programme resources and onboarding of new team members. 5. Quality and Standards Promote adherence to Trust project standards, NHS Digital guidelines, and relevant policies (Information Governance, Data Protection). Help coordinate assurance activities and gateway reviews
