Summary
Provide expert leadership and advice on EPR data migration, acting as a subjectmatter expert to the EPR Programme, workstreams, and senior stakeholders. Contribute to the development, refinement, and delivery of the Trusts Data Migration Strategy, ensuring alignment with clinical priorities, operational needs, research requirements, and national guidance. Lead the definition of data migration scope, working with clinical, operational, reporting, and research stakeholders to agree what data must be migrated, archived, or excluded to support safe care and business continuity. Provide assurance to programme governance groups on data migration readiness, risks, and clinical safety implications, using evidence from testing, data quality assessments, and rehearsal activities. Identify, assess, and manage strategic datarelated risks and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation and mitigation through agreed programme and workstream governance routes. Work collaboratively with clinical safety, information governance, cybersecurity, and supplier teams to ensure migration approaches comply with Trust policies, national standards, and clinical safety requirements.
