What skills and experience we're looking for
The Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic school secretary to support pupils learning at Grampound Road C of E Primary School.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the administrative operations of our school. As the first point of contact, they will provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, while primarily overseeing a range of tasks including processing invoices, maintaining accurate records and completing census activities. In addition, the role will support the leadership team by ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school office
You will have experience of working within an busy office on a variety of tasks and interacting with different customers and people on a daily basis ideally within a school environment. You should be able to work under your own initiative but also be able to work as part of a team and be able to prioritise duties. Experience with IT and MIS systems, as well as word processing and typing skills are necessary for this role.
