Summary
Leading our newly formed and evolving People and Culture Team, you’ll drive projects that strengthen leadership, culture, wellbeing, and colleague experience so that everyone can give their best at work. Your work will help build an inclusive, supportive environment where teams feel valued and able to thrive.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across CHCP to design and deliver organisational development initiatives that support our People Plan. You’ll manage a small team of People and Culture Advisors and lead our wellbeing and benefits programme, ensuring every colleague can access the right support for their physical, mental, and emotional health.
What you’ll do:
• Design and deliver leadership and management development programmes
• Facilitate team development, culture conversations, and diagnostic activities
• Lead organisational wellbeing and benefits initiatives across the workforce
• Use data, feedback, and insight to shape improvement and measure impact
• Provide specialist OD consultancy and guidance to leaders and teams
What we’re looking for: You’ll bring strong organisational development knowledge, experience supporting change, and confidence working with leaders at all levels. You might have used tools like 360° feedback or team diagnostics, and you’ll be comfortable designing and delivering workshops or development sessions.
